A bunded heating oil tank simply consists of a tank within a tank. Heating oil is stored in the inner tank and the outer tank acts as a fail safe so that in the event of a spillage, excess fuel will collect in the outer tank. The bunded design helps avert pollution incidents should there be a leak and avoid the hassle of costly environmental clean-up operations. Bunded oil tanks have been proven to significantly reduce the risk of pollution. They are a requirement for most domestic and commercial premises in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The 1000-litre Slimline Bunded Oil Tank is a superior choice for those who need a balance between higher oil storage capacity and a space-saving design. It is particularly well-suited for medium-sized applications where oil usage is more significant but space conservation remains a priority.

It’s ideal for use when space is at a premium and additional tank technology is not a requirement. Made from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), this tank is lightweight, durable, non-corrosive, simple to install and aesthetically pleasing. Moulded in handles allow for the tank to be transported quite easily.
